Approximately 90 minutes.
60 minutes for setting up all equipment and 30 minutes for sound check. Sound check will involve us playing at full volume for a short period of time, This allows us to balance the levels so we have the best live sound possible for your venue.
Of course you can! We absolutely encourage everyone to see us live. This is where we are at our best. Please see our Public Shows page for details of our public performances. Please feel free to come up and chat to us on the night, it will be great to meet you!
The Pocket Rockers are available throughout the UK and Europe and are more than happy to travel. The band’s fee will reflect the extra time and travel expenditure.
We will be more than happy to learn your favourite song. A lot will depend on if the song will suit our particular playing style and sound. For example it would be difficult for us to pull off a big band song (Frank Sinatra style) due to our instrumentation. At the point of booking please let us know if there is a particular song you would like us to learn, so we have enough time to put an arrangement together.
We are more than happy for you to let us know which songs you would like played from our repertoire. We do put a lot of effort and time into each set we play, using our experience we tailor each set to make sure we keep the dance floor full all night long.
The easiest option is for you to let us know if there are any songs that you DO or DON’T want rather than a firm list.
This can be discussed in your pre-event check you will receive 3 weeks before your event.
We usually request 2 double 13 amp supplies near to the stage area. We use LED lighting which keeps our power consumption down.
